Some might argue that the battle for Al-Aqsa mosque has not begun yet, and there are those who believe or trying to convince them selves that the conflict around the city of Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa Mosque is of political nature, and not a religious that is governed by the ideologies of the black hats wearing and the creeds of the Talmud and the Torah.
Al-Aqsa Mosque today suffers from a violent Israeli attack that touches every inch of it, and targets every thing it represents and symbolizes. In 1967 the occupation disconnected the Aqsa mosque from the Arab and Islamic environment; moreover they went too far by cutting off the Aqsa mosque from the vast majority of the Palestinian population, when they banned the people of Gaza and the West Bank from reaching the Aqsa mosque and the city of Jerusalem. Thus, Al-Aqsa mosque remained disconnected from the large segment of the Arab and Islamic world, and therefore visits were confined by Palestinian Arabs from the areas inside the Green Line and from Jerusalem. But the Israeli occupiers, and as the norm of every usurper kept circling the prey, because they know that they are false, thieves and illegitimate, despite of their arrogance, and despite their despotic edicts. Thus they are so sure that their narrations about the so called temple and the claimed right are false and unfounded, because since the occupation of Jerusalem they executed a non-stop tunnels diggings underneath the Aqsa mosque and the surrounding areas looking for the Lost Treasure, but there excavation were in vain.
The brutal occupation as it seems has decided that it is time for the implementation of the malicious schemes against Al-Aqsa Mosque, as it has been the case against the Ibrahimi Mosque in Hebron in the middle of the last decade. Therefore it appears the occupation is acting like an obsessed old doddering man, who commands unjust orders, one by another, against the guardian and the worshippers of the Aqsa mosque, which deprive them from the right of worship and devotions inside their mosque: the Aqsa mosque. Therefore here is Sheikh Raed Salah the head of the Islamic movement, who were dubbed as Sheikh Al-Aqsa because of his devotion and his resolve to save Al-aqsa mosque and Jerusalem, is banned from entering and praying inside the Aqsa mosque for more than two years now. and here are his brothers in Islam Sheikh Yusuf Al-Baz the Imam of Lod city inside the Green Line area; and Sheikh Ali Abu Sheikha the Islamic movement consultant on Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa mosque; and the Engineer Mr. Mustafa Abu Zahra and Mr. Hatim Abd El Kadir A leading figures from Jerusalem all of them are banned from entering the Aqsa mosque for six months time, to mention but few here is Sheikh Aikrima Sabri the orator of the Aqsa mosque and the head of the higher Islamic forum in Jerusalem, who barely came back from Mecca after he has done Hajj And all of a sudden he receives a summon to the notorious room number four ( the intelligence interrogation room inside the Maskubiya police station in Jerusalem) for the purpose of receiving martial order that bans him to enter the Aqsa mosque for six months. The attempts of the sheikh’s lawyer Khalid Zabarka to postpone the sheikh’s summon until Thursday 3 December, did not avail the tired and exhausted Sheikh, whom was threatened to get arrested if he did not attend on time.
It is not a secret that the despotic occupation limits the ages of worshippers who enters the aqsa mosque on many occasions, at the beginning this limitation started with the age of 35, and then raised to 45 and today Israel bans any one who under fifty year old from entering the Aqsa mosque.
The occupation vainly tries to saw fear among those who patronize the Aqsa mosque and the city of Jerusalem through the provision of false indictments against them, so in this context sheikh Raed Salah; Dr. Suleiman Eghbariya; Sheikh Ali Abu Sheikha; the Journalist Mahmod Abu Atta; Mr. Abd El-Karim Mohammad Krayyim from Kufur Kana village and the head of the human solidarity organization; Mr. Said Hussein Maqari from Kufur Kana village and Mr. Adham Nimir Mansour from Nazareth: all of them were indicted by the occupation, because they seek to fulfill their religious duty toward Al-Aqsa mosque. By the same token the occupation threatens Sheikh Yusuf Al-Baz to level a bill of indictment against him.
Meanwhile the Israeli occupation that has seized the Gates of the Al-Aqsa mosque, breaks into the Aqsa mosque on daily basis, and allows hundreds of fundamental Jews to break in to the mosque and perform Talmudic rites inside the platforms of Al-Aqsa mosque compound and its precincts. Some of those abominated groups drink alcohol inside the mosque, whereas intelligence service and police staffs defiles the ceiled prayer halls inside the Aqsa mosque such as the southern structure and the Dome of the rock, both of them are parts of the aqsa mosque, which is bounded by the current wall, some of the police personals intentionally smoke cigarettes inside the mosque, which is not allowed to do inside mosques.
It is the Aqsa mosque that the Israeli occupation tries to disconnect it, more than ever, from its Islamic and Arab milieu, in order to execute their illusory plans.
It is incumbent upon the Islamic world and the international community to wake up and to bear their big responsibilities, otherwise history will judge them unfavorably.
