The Mezan Foundation for Human Rights was established in early 2001 as an independent, for-profit organization, by a group of Arab lawyers active in the Palestinian interior in the field of human rights through various associations. And the theoretical values of human rights and freedoms and their actual application on the ground, and work to strengthen the work of these principles and spread awareness among the general public as a basic and natural legal right that cannot be waived and through the principle of respect for the human being as a human being, and respect for his basic political, social, educational and religious rights And defend it through local laws and international treaties and charters.
And that is through obtaining their natural, political, social, educational rights and freedoms, especially religious ones, and ensuring complete equality before the law regardless of race, color, gender, religion, or political orientation.
